As a Merchandiser with the H&M team at Fakir Group, you will be a vital link between design, production, and sourcing teams to ensure seamless execution of collections. Based at our Kayempur facility in Fatullah, Narayanganj, you will oversee the entire order lifecycle—from supplier coordination to quality compliance and timely delivery. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help maintain high standards and smooth workflows, contributing to the success of a leading ready-made garments manufacturer.

Job Description :

  • Maintain effective production planning by taking into consideration world world-class standard efficiency level.
  • Ensure supply of fabrics, accessories, etc.
  • Good knowledge of H & M, Primark, and Next's buyer merchandising process.
  • Follow-up on purchase orders, internal orders and costing sheets, product development, and shipment.
  • Collect the buyers’ sample accessories and trimming, and various types of swatches that are required.
  • Samples sent to the buyer and follow up on it.
  • Prepare the price quotation along with the senior merchandiser, making a sample as a counter or for approval.
  • Continuous communication with buyers.
  • Follow up for opening the L/C as well as in-house materials on time by corresponding with the concerned people.

Additional Requirements :

  • Prior experience as a merchandiser, preferably in H&M team or similar segments.
  • Strong understanding of garment production processes and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
