The selected candidates will support the production team in ensuring smooth dyeing operations, quality maintenance, and process optimization. Job Description :

  • Assist in monitoring and controlling dyeing processes to ensure color accuracy and fabric quality.
  • Support in maintaining production schedules and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Collect, analyze, and record dyeing samples for shade matching and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain documentation and reports related to daily dyeing operations.

Additional Requirements :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team-based environment.
  • Basic knowledge of dyeing chemicals, color measurement, and textile finishing will be an advantage.
