We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates for the Industrial Engineering (IE) Department. This role offers practical exposure to efficiency improvement, work-study, and productivity optimization in the apparel industry. The selected candidates will learn garment production, manufacturing tools, and techniques under the guidance of experienced IE professionals.

Job Description :

  • Assist in time study, capacity study, and line balancing.
  • Support the preparation of the operational process breakdown and calculations.
  • Monitor production lines to ensure target achievement and efficiency improvement.
  • Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain IE-related reports and documents.

Additional Requirements :

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis will be an advantage.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn industrial engineering practices.
