We are seeking fresh graduates to join the IT team as Jr. System Engineer (Hardware). The position offers hands-on exposure to IT infrastructure, hardware troubleshooting, and system support in a dynamic RMG environment. The selected candidates will assist senior professionals in maintaining smooth IT operations across the facility.

Job Description :

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, networking devices, and IT equipment.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Monitor and maintain local networks and ensure system security.
  • Support IT inventory management and documentation.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to ensure uninterrupted system operations.

Additional Requirements :

  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
