We are seeking experienced and proactive IE professionals to support productivity improvement and operational efficiency across our Knit & Woven garments manufacturing plants. The role focuses on SMV analysis, line balancing, capacity planning, and continuous improvement to achieve production and efficiency targets.

Job Description :

  • Conduct time & motion studies and establish accurate SMV for knit & woven garments.
  • Perform effective line balancing to improve productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Monitor daily production efficiency and recommend corrective actions.
  • Analyze manpower, machine utilization, and workflow layout.
  • Support capacity planning and production target setting.
  • Work closely with Planning and other departments to ensure realistic planning, smooth line loading, and target achievement.
  • Coordinate IE activities during style changeovers and new order setups.
  • Prepare and maintain IE reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management review.
  • Implement standard operating methods and ensure compliance on production lines.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Requirements :

  • Practical experience in the IE functions of Knit & Woven RMG factories.
  • Strong knowledge of SMV calculation, line balancing, productivity analysis, and efficiency improvement tools.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and IE-related reporting.
  • Ability to work on the production floor and handle pressure effectively.
  • Positive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
