Fakir Group is seeking two experienced inventory management professionals for the Spare Parts and Dyes Chemical Store sections. The role involves managing inventory operations, ensuring proper stock control, and maintaining accurate records to support uninterrupted production.

Job Description :

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring proper documentation and stock updates.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate with relevant departments, and ensure timely requisitions to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Receive, inspect, and store materials or parts properly while ensuring compliance with storage and safety standards.
  • Issue materials or parts as per requisition and maintain proper records of stock movement.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory reports as per requirements.

Additional Requirements :

  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and store operations.
  • Understanding of spare parts handling and/or dyes & chemical storage practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards will be an added advantage.
