Fakir Group is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer for Outerwear to join our Design & Product Development (DPD) team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience working with internationally recognized brands.

Job Description :

  • Lead the design and development of outerwear collections.
  • Research global fashion trends, materials, trims, and technologies specific to outerwear.
  • Develop seasonal concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and design presentations.
  • Ensure designs meet brand standards, technical specifications, and cost targets.
  • Handle buyer communications and understand their aesthetic and technical expectations.
  • Oversee sample development and fitting processes.
     

Additional Requirements :

  • Strong creative and trend forecasting ability with a keen eye for color, detail, and commercial design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and relevant design tools.
  • Solid understanding of garments, fabrics, trims, and production processes.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with buyers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
