Job Description :

  • Oversee day-to-day knitting operations to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Ensure optimum machine utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise manpower management and shift operations effectively.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production teams for uninterrupted operations.
  • Ensure product quality compliance as per buyer requirements and company standards.
  • Analyze production performance and prepare operational reports for management review.
