FKL Spinning Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized HR Officer to support Human Resources functions. The role will involve ensuring efficient HR operations processes and a positive workplace culture.
• Provide support in the recruitment and completion of the onboarding process.
• Assist in HR operations and payroll coordination by maintaining accurate employee information and coordinating with the HR team.
• Support the planning and execution of employee training and development programs and other employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate the performance appraisal process, including documentation, follow-ups, and communication with relevant departments.
• Maintain HR documents and employee records, and prepare regular HR reports to support HR operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
*Prior experience in spinning factory will get preferences.
