Fakir Group is seeking young, energetic, and analytical professionals for the position of Officer / Sr. Officer - IE ( Industrial Engineering). The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting production efficiency, capacity utilization, method improvement, line balancing, productivity analysis, and performance monitoring across garment production operations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills and practical knowledge of Industrial Engineering in a fast-paced, export-oriented garment manufacturing environment.

Job Description :

  • Conduct time studies, method studies, and operation breakdowns to establish standard times and improve production methods.
  • Analyze production capacity, manpower utilization, efficiency, productivity, and line performance.
  • Support effective line balancing to achieve optimum manpower utilization and production output.
  • Identify production bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Monitor hourly production, efficiency, target achievement, and operator performance.
  • Prepare and maintain IE-related reports, including SMV, capacity, efficiency, productivity, and manpower analysis.
  • Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and other relevant teams to improve overall operational performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction, waste elimination, and productivity enhancement.
