Fakir Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Merchandiser– VERY Buyer. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete merchandising process from order confirmation to shipment, ensuring timely execution, accurate communication, product quality, and on-time delivery in line with VERY Buyer requirements. This role requires strong buyer communication skills, product knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, export-oriented garment manufacturing environment.
Manage day-to-day merchandising activities for VERY Buyer accounts from order confirmation through shipment.
Communicate and coordinate with the buyer regarding order details, specifications, approvals, development, production status, and shipment schedules.
Follow up on sampling, lab dips, fabrics, trims, accessories, PP samples, size sets, and other buyer approvals.
Coordinate closely with Planning, Production, Fabric, Trims, Quality, Washing, Finishing, and Commercial teams to ensure timely order execution.
Monitor T&A, production progress, critical path, and shipment deadlines to ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure all products are developed and produced according to buyer specifications, approved samples, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Identify potential production or delivery issues and take timely corrective action in coordination with relevant departments.
Maintain accurate merchandising records, order status reports, and buyer communication.
