Fakir Group is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional for the position of In-charge - Digital Printing. The selected candidate will lead daily printing floor operations, manage machine efficiency, ensure accurate color matching, and meet buyer quality standards and shipment deadlines.

Job Description :

-Manage daily digital printing operations to meet target output and shipment schedules.
-Supervise machine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance of industrial digital printers.
-Oversee RIP software processing, strike-off approvals, and color matching.
-Monitor fabric pre/post-treatment processes to prevent shade variation and defects.
-Lead floor staff, minimize ink and fabric wastage, and maintain quality compliance.
