Job Description :

  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept to production, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product developers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with design, merchandising, and production teams to align product development with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to drive product innovation and competitiveness.
  • Manage material sourcing and vendor relationships to ensure quality and efficiency.
