Job Description :

  • Conduct time and motion studies to analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in preparing and implementing Standard Minute Values (SMVs) for various operations.
  • Monitor production efficiency and suggest methods to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
  • Support the development of production layouts to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address bottlenecks and improve line balancing.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on productivity, efficiency, and performance metrics.
  • Participate in the implementation of Lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Requirements :

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and production planning software is a plus.
