Fakir Group is seeking experienced Sr. Merchandisers / Merchandisers (Knit) to join the following buyer teams: H&M, s.Oliver, NEXT, and Very. This role requires strong buyer communication skills, technical understanding of knit garments, and the ability to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet quality and timeline expectations.

Job Description :

  • Coordinate all activities related to product development, sample execution, approvals, and order follow-up.
  • Plan, monitor, and maintain T&A and critical path, ensuring timely sample submission and bulk delivery.
  • Collaborate with production, planning, sample, quality, stores, and commercial teams for smooth order execution.
  • Review technical packs, identify issues, and ensure compliance with buyer standards and quality requirements.

Additional Requirements :

  • Must have relevant experience working with the specific buyer team (H&M / s.Oliver / NEXT / Very) in Knit Merchandising.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and buyer-management skills.
  • Good understanding of fabrics, trims, garment costing, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficient in email communication, T&A management, and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
