Fakir Knitwears Ltd, a reputed 100% export-oriented Knit Composite Garments factory is looking for a talented, experienced, dynamic, potential candidate as Designer for its factory located at Kayempur, Fatullah, Narayanganj. 

Job Description :

  • Develop innovative and trend-setting designs for [specific product categories, e.g., women's wear, men's wear, accessories].
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and quality execution.
  • Create mood boards, sketches, and detailed technical drawings.
  • Select materials, colors, and patterns that align with brand aesthetics.
  • Present design concepts and collections to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the sample development process and provide feedback for refinement.

Additional Requirements :

  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
  • Strong understanding of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction techniques.
  • Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and visualization skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and ethical fashion practices is a plus.
